Frequently Asked Questions.
Here are some answers for the frequently asked questions I receive often about my design processes, due dates, file formats, and more.
The simple answer is every company I work with has different needs/budgets, so, every project has different requirements.Your budget, time spent researching, project expectations, complexities of the project. These are all classic factors that influence a projects budget.
If you would like to chat with me about your specific needs or concerns on pricing, please contact me so we can work together on a solution that's right for you.

Yes! If you have several projects for me to do and I have the time available, we can work on a bulk discount or reduced rate. However, we would have to agree and sign for all projects before starting the first project.
Yes. Normally, a 50% deposit is expected for design work, however, we can work something out depending on the projects needs.
Yes. If the project due date is changed, it can really affect a project and create added stress on our designers and push back OTHER projects. We may be able to accomodate your new time table, but we expect that you accomodate our extended hours to finish your project with the same level of expertise.
It's rare when a project gets canceled at the beginning or mid-project, but the simple answer is no. If I have worked hours on a project, those hours should be respected and paid for. This is why we go through so much to make sure our goals and expectations are aligned before starting. If you are unhappy with the work our team has done, please contact us and we can discuss this further.
You shouldn't have to spend hours with a designer over the phone (unless you want too lol). I try to respect your time by being concise. However, the first few times we meet may take longer than later meetings. I want to make sure I understand your goals and market, and who better to do that then you: the client! As with any designer, the more and more projects you work with me, the faster meetings and projects align, saving you time and money.
I usually break your project down into three phases: Reasearch, Draft, and FInal. The goal is to understand what your goals are and make a project that you're happy with. When communication is open and our goals are aligned, it's easy to walk away as a happy client.
That really depends on the need of a project. I try to break down your project into hours so you know what your getting (and how much to budget). Small projects like flyers and business cards could take a few hours to finalize but larger ones like brand identity and marketing projects take time to get right. The last thing you want is to end up with a design that doesn't match your business or market.
I'm always open to feedback. However, I usually keep to 1 or 2 rounds of revisions per project. I want to respect your time but I would also like my time with me. It's a good thing to be flexible with expectations and of time constraints.
This rarely happens. Most people don't come to me without knowing at least what they expect but after we go through the initial conversation, you should know what to expet of me and my work. However, if a critical update to the project happens that changes the scope of the project, we would have to sit down and talk about the project details from the beginning. Once we are one the same page again, the project can continue.
This depends greatly on the project. However, we should be able to accomdate what you need. Some common file types asked of me have been PDF, SVG, JPEG, AI, or PSD.
If there are no other revisions, you should be sent the necessary files almost immediately. However, sometimes the files may be quite large and may require additional time to send to you.
I don't keep clients working files unless you sign up for a monthly holding fee for hardrive space. However, most clients like to recieve all their files.
